When yoga and push ups unite!

there was a time that I could do this pose!!

I love trying new exercises and the push up is one of my all time favourites, so I am always on the look out for new variations.

Its been a while since I have been to a yoga class, but still remember my sun salutations with fondness, they are both therapeutic and challenging all at once.  This is why I just love the Hindu push up.

  1. Thanks for your tips on whether or not to get a personal trainer. It's good to hear how much PTs usually charge! By the way, your commenting system is much easier now. Glad there's a Name/URL option now!

  2. When I first started the blog I had a few 'strange' comments, so I restricted the access, but those have disappeared now thank goodness.
    Let me know how you progress for sure. But really those two books are a must for your book-shelf.

  3. I'll have to give it a try. My trainer always recommends doing more difficult variations of exercises once you master that basic version.
