  1. Why should I have meals delivered to my home? Why should I not! Mother of 2, finishing grad school, running my own studio...yada, yada.... But mostly because I'm sick of meal planning, shopping and doing the dishes (w/o a dishwasher I might add!). Also, our diets are all over the place. I'm a Vegetarian with milk allergies so that pretty much makes me a Vegan. My husband is a Meatetarian and my kids swing both ways - actually I can't complain they eat a balanced diet (most of the times). Tired and want to go on strike....help?!

  2. I guess we will all be saying versions of the same thing- kids, job, kids activities, our own stuff leaves very little time to plan for meals, shop and make them. I struggle with lunch the most and end up eating on the run, getting too hungry and tired as a result. I would love lunch ideas suited to my tastes and needs.

  4. Kathleen McClean (which one?!)June 17, 2010 at 3:38 PM

I typed a lovely long entry last night and then it disappeared into cyber-space and I was too lazy to do it again...! but I am ready to try again, fuelled by 2 cookies I found lying around the coffee room, perfect segue into why I need to win this food! I work very, very hard to stay in shape and consider myself strong and healthy. BUT, I can't get below 24% BF and I can't lose 5 pounds and I always look "soft" all due to the crap I shove in my face on a daily basis! I need to know what a proper meal looks like. I understand the components but think maybe I don't eat enough at meal time? making me "hungry" all the rest of the time? I would love to see how I get along for 2 days with proper meals.

  6. I work very hard at the gym and just don't eat enough to get the results that I should be getting. Why I don't eat enough......always on the run. No time. Need more ideas.

  9. Far out, I give up. I just love food, every part of it. I'm willing to try everything and although I adore cooking I'm insanely fed up with cooking every single night, day in day out. It's not like you get a break on weekends because it's not a 'real job'.

  10. Thank you for all the comments everyone! We'd like to offer the prize to Kathleen. We found her post to be insightful, honest, and had a good grasp that the meals we provide will be a good benchmark to see what optimal nutrition is. For everyone else, watch for my post this week about optimal nutrition.

Kathleen, congratulations! Please email me at kyle@kylebyronnutrition.com so we can get your address and other info we need.

    Sincerely,

    Kyle
